When you go to the product you purchased, you can leave a review under the products description

- What happens if the product is out of stock?
We can keep you informed when the product is back in stock. If payment has already been made, the money will be returned.

Delivery
- What is the delivery time?
The delivery time is 2 to 10 working days.
- Do you offer express shipping?
We do not currently offer express shipping. We are of course working on this.

Not at the moment, but we are working on that.
- Are there additional costs for international shipping?
The costs will be indicated at checkout because this may differ per country.
- What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are free within the Netherlands.

No, that is not possible, we are an online store and do not have a showroom or collection address.

- When is customer service open?
We are a webshop and therefore do not have to adhere to any opening hours, we will strive to answer your message within 24 hours.
- Can I file a complaint?
This is possible, you can do this via β Contact β by sending all the associated information (order number, order date, etc.) and we can get started immediately.
